) (hereinafter collectively referred to as KELER) takes photographs and prepares audio recordings at the event that you are attending.
Unless you object to the processing, by participating the event, which is considered your active conduct, you consent to preparing, storing and using the photographs and sound recordings pursuant to Article 6 (1) a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: GDPR) and Article 2:48 of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
Please inform our staff upon registration if you DO NOT AGREE to preparing, storing and using photographs and audio recordings, which means that you object to the processing. In this case, you will be provided a distinctive sign (i.e. a necklace), which you will wear to express your objection to the processing.
Please note that in view of the large number of participants, we will only be able to take full account of your denial to such consent, i.e. your objection to data processing, only if you wear the distinctive sign during the entire event.
Please note that pursuant to Article 2:48 (2) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, your consent is not required for the making and use of a recording in the case of a taking photographs of a mass of people.
